Terms and Conditions

Voucher Entitlement: This voucher entitles the bearer to the creation of a simple Will worth SGD $250, as defined below:Includes up to two (2) asset classes, including one (1) immovable asset. Residual asset distribution by percentage.Excludes the creation of any trusts.

Validity Period: The voucher is valid until the specified expiry date indicated on the voucher. The voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date.

Redemption Process: To redeem the voucher, scan the QR Code on this voucher to book a Will creation session in advance through the designated booking platform or contact point provided by FinGroup. The original voucher or a valid digital copy must be presented at the time of redemption.

Eligibility: The voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is registered with the voucher.

Scope of Services: This voucher covers only the creation of a simple Will as defined above. Additional services, if required, may incur separate charges.

Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable: The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other services and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired.

Limitation of Liability: FinGroup is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by external factors beyond their control.

Changes to Terms: The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

By redeeming this voucher, the bearer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
